      Pros

      Enjoyed the employees. Employees will help trained very nice. Listen and pay attention. Employees are pro customer service. Very proud of work.

      Cons

      Behind on orders. Long hours and a lot of standing, but if and when you get use to it its a good place to work. Team lead more training on supervision. The team lead over reacts over minor things. Could make new comers feel inferior.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
