      Paid biweekly, consistent pay at least.

      Cons

      Awful & expensive benefits compared to Air Liquide. Lost 5% of company matched 401k when Air Liquide adopted Airgas benefits. Communication lacked compared to Air Liquide.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
