Pros
Aires takes the time to find the correct person for the right position. I applied for a position over two years ago and it was not the right fit. I am now with the company in a perfect position for me and the company. The interview process is long, and I have found companies investing in the long process are setting themselves and the person up for success. Aires is growing and promoting. You determine your success because of your work ethic and desire to grow with the company. Aires invests in their people by amazing training programs and ensuring all their full-time people attend a three-day training at the corporate office. The first day, you are assigned a Navigator to assist you in becoming acclimated to the office, teams and culture. In addition, you are assigned a Mentor that will guide you through the training program and someone you can ask the ‘not so obvious’ questions to without being judged. If you are looking for a dynamic industry that is constantly evolving with a company that is on the cutting edge of the industry, this is the place for you. High standards are set to ensure clients are properly cared for and their employees are set up for success in their new destination. There is pressure to excel in each role but only because success is what makes a company continue to grow and be an industry leader.
Cons
Corporate culture is not the same in all the offices. Though, Aires is working to ensure this culture is through every office. Dynamic industry: this industry is not for EVERYONE. A person must come with thick skin, desire to work hard and be an issue solver. This is not an industry that everyone loves but when you do, it makes the challenges seem so small. If you are not willing to put in the hard work, deal with new issues everyday or have rough days, this is not the place for you. This industry is not for the weak and those not wanting to put their best in it every day.
