Pros
Good cooperative atmosphere at working level. Stable company. Close to 10 000 jobs on site and a well established possibility to change jobs every 3-4 years. Stable, lots of advantages (vacation, daycare, cheque cesu: around 2000E for me yearly)
Cons
Heavy and messy process, old school type of management. Better start with an high potentiel profile or you will not be given many chances to shine.. New program might be more dynamic though..
