IT is well known that you only get promoted if you pamper the right old, fairly conservative and burned out people. Career aspiration is not to get something done, but to find the best place and niche to hide away from too much work
Cons
no work balance, more important to be part of the right group than to do a good job. very old fashioned way of working, more like government style.
