Pros
Airbus is a place where everybody is passionate about the company, the products and/or his job. Development opportunities are there and the core business offers loads of lovely projects to work on.
Cons
The usual big company flaws : some process are too heavy, harmonisation is not always making things simple. Silos and hierarchical levels can be time wasting and source of retention of information.
