      Pros

      Good people understanding work place for pickup and delivery. Like the hours, and pay. Couldn't be happier with that part.

      Cons

      Not much is bad for my stand point other than what I described in the pros about the company work place, and upper management.

      Night shifts, 12 hours work, overtime’s, law salary, pressure at work, no carrier growth
