Pros

As an install tech (Journeyman or Apprentice) you’re paid on a Performance based rate but also have your hourly rate which is merely the “least” you can make per hour.

Cons

Tough conditions in Prime summer or freezing temps.

Pros

I have never been treated as well anywhere. This company walks the walk. when it was 110 degrees the owner actually came out and help me on the roof. the managers have the passion that their job is to make sure i have everything i need to do my job. they say they are there to support me and have proved it many times. i have the best tools and vehicle and our customers love us. i will never leave

Cons

the only negative i have ever heard is that they hold people accountable. Since i consider myself a top installer i don't really understand. i made more money last year than ever and they helped me by providing me the tools and support i needed to do it. if you are lazy get a government job not hear. if you like to know how you are doing, this is a great place
