      Pros

      - Salary on time - Work from home - Good and talented fellow developers (can't say the same for management)

      Cons

      - Poor management. They just want to get the work done through pressure - Poor HR onboarding - No proper scrum/ agile - Late sittings - No work/life balance - No other compensation or benefit other than salary - An old and slow laptop for development and no device for testing (They asked to use our own device for testing. lol)

      Aion Digital is revolutionizing middle eastern banks with latest tech stack and introducing digital banking.

      Cons

      With any startup, you are in for a long run, and it becomes difficult to maintain work-life balance, but it comes down to individual how well he/she manages his/her time.

      very welcoming, supportive with their employees. working here gave me plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and develop skills

      As a new employee, it can take time to learn where to communicate within teams but it never caused an issue.
