Festival/birthday celebrations. 8. They do care for you. 9. If you are in good project you will get work from home. 10. Never seen firing any employee even when they were on bench- May be one or two !

1. Always GOA trip...No matter what.. 2. Senior management never listens to your queries and concerns and will only move forward in their politics. 3. Less cafeteria space 4. No transportation facility 5. Salary not on time 6.No medical insurance 7. Last minute preparations always be it client visit , Festival celebrations or outings. 8. Less leave policy - No medical leaves. 9. No training sessions on technologies. 10. Appraisal never happens on time .
