Cons: The biggest issue in this organization is senior management’s failure to lead effectively. Important decisions are repeatedly made based on the opinion of a single individual, without proper discussion, validation, or input from other leaders or experienced employees. This creates a toxic decision-making culture where logic and collaboration are replaced by bias and favoritism. Senior employees are routinely ignored, undervalued, and excluded from meaningful conversations, despite their experience and contributions. This has led to declining morale, loss of trust in leadership, and growing frustration across teams. If this pattern continues, I strongly believe it will seriously damage the company’s long-term sustainability.
