I’ve noticed that the company tends to offer lower salaries compared to other organizations in the same industry or geographic area for similar roles. This has been a point of concern, particularly when considering the increasing cost of living and the growing expectations in the industry. While I’ve received performance-based bonuses or raises, they’ve been minimal and have not kept pace with the expectations or the value being brought to the table. Unfortunately, this lack of competitive pay has led to some frustration among employees, as it feels like the company is not fully recognizing or rewarding the hard work and dedication of its team. There’s also the concern that it could result in higher turnover, as talented individuals may seek better opportunities elsewhere. I really enjoy the mission and work we do here, and I want to see the company succeed. However, addressing the salary issue would be an important step towards improving employee satisfaction and retention in the long term.
