Hires Indians and offer them higher pay and higher position HR says industry poor and hires Singaporeans on contract while offer Indian leads roles and permanent positions Trainee engineers are given admin work or design work and they pay designers more than engineers Document controller and designers are paid more than an engineer because they are Indians No training for staff Heard that a buyer's salary was cut because he was out of job and given contract ,and other permanent buyers are given salary increase last year Poor planning from management resulting in last minute work
