Working at this company was one of the most toxic experiences of my career. The CEO is extremely unprofessional and often resorts to verbal abuse, even for minor mistakes. However, when errors came from his end, there was never any accountability or apology. He lacked basic respect and communication skills when dealing with employees, frequently using harsh language. The work culture is driven by fear, politics, and exploitation. Employees were often made to work overnight to meet deadlines — not because of poor planning by the team, but due to the CEO’s indecisiveness and failure to define use cases clearly. Ironically, the burden always fell on the team, never the leadership. The upper management, including HR, is deeply political. The company follows a “hire and fire” policy — frequently terminating employees without any prior warning, often after secretly hiring their replacements weeks in advance. Within a year, nearly 40-45% of the workforce was let go, many of whom had no performance issues whatsoever. There is zero job security, and work-life balance is non-existent. The current team mainly consists of individuals willing to work into the early morning hours on demand — which seems to be exactly what the leadership wants: overworked, compliant individuals rather than respected professionals. They may offer an attractive salary upfront, but don't be fooled — the environment is unstable, unprofessional, and unsustainable. If you value your mental health, stability, and career growth, stay far away from this organization.
