I have been with the company from the beginning . There has been a noticeable decline in our workplace culture. It appears that our hr leader herself as exceptionally bright and often creates unnecessary challenges to validate her intelligence. Surprisingly ,despite numerous concerns raised by many , neither the CTO nor anyone from the leadership team has taken any action to address this issue. Her team seems to operate like a surveillance unit , engaging with employee not out of goodwill but due to explicit directives. She seeks constant attention and has assembled a team that lacs competence. One of her team member rarely shows up at the office , and when he does he behaves as if he owns the place , rarely seen him working. The management rarely appears to rely solely on the information she provides , which is often manipulated . It seems to be common practice to remove individuals from the org who do not align with her agenda. In essence the HR team has become toxic, where one”s performance matters little , if you are not in her favour , you’re at the risk of being pushed out of the company. If you want to be in the company call her mam compliment her 4 times in a day.
