Pros
- Gets you experience at working at Redstone Test Center and what the job here entails (Can't really get this experience anywhere else - exactly as we do it anyway) -Steady work/Job security
Cons
-Pay is not competitive with private industry in anyway, shape, or form. -Generally work is expected to be the number 1 priority in your life over pretty much anything else. -Don't expect recognition or rewards for hard work. It's expected that you'll bring 120% of your "A" game all the time and maybe get an "Atta boy" for your efforts -Last pay raises are non-existent here outside of a promotion. What you get hired at, pay wise, is what you get until/if you get a promotion.
