Pros
Making your own schedule for the most part. Girls in office are great! Don't have to see owner/ceo/boss hardly ever!
Cons
Owner in not as involved as she should be for such a small company. Owner is a bully and very rude with her employees and other businesses partners. Pay is HORRIBLE for what you are expected to do. Many of times you will experience NOT getting paid on time. The LACK of communication is insane! Overall not a good job if you have to work with or in the office for Sinett!
