Pros

Company Truck and along with expense card. Although they track where you are and what time you start driving VERY CLOSELY. The sales managers are actually graded on how early the sales reps vehicles are driving in the morning. 6:30 a.m. they want you on the road.

Cons

There is NO BASE SALARY. It is 100% commission and they pay you an “advance on future rentals” weekly. For every month you do not hit your projections, they deduct $400 from your advance pay for the following month. (All of this was explained after starting). They claim to have a “Family friendly work environment” yet they do not give their employees vacation or sick days. Was told in the interviewing process that their benefits were terrible. I took the job to get experience in the industry but after uncovering the lies in salary and deceptive onboarding tactics I had to leave. They prey on young individuals looking to break into the industry and trap them with the non-compete form.

This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

Cons

There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
