Pros
Working at Aha! is both challenging and fulfilling. We set aggressive goals for ourselves and work hard to achieve those. I appreciate the fact that I always know what our vision and goals are as a company and how my work ties into those. The work is fast-paced and the company is growing quickly. Prior to Aha!, I had never worked remotely full-time. From my very first day, I have been impressed with just how welcoming and friendly everyone is to each other. Furthermore, it's a huge benefit that we get the chance to meet twice a year in a destination location for our onsites. I appreciate the opportunity to spend time together in person and reflect on our progress and goals.
Cons
While Aha! does a great job of fostering a sense of community within the company, remote work is not for everyone. You have to be self-disciplined and motivated to create and maintain connections with your co-workers.
