DO NOT go by the recent fake reviews! As people are not joining, they are asking HR to reachout to employees individually and ensure they give 5 stars. Worst leadership culture. 9.5 hr fixed shift with Saturday working. You can do 10 hour shifts also but won’t be allowed to leave a minute earlier than 9-9.5 hr shift timing next day (biometrically controlled) else one day’s salary will be deducted. No flexibility in work even in tech team Very very less leaves/ holidays which also they keep deleting in middle of FY. Most of the public holidays are given under optional holidays for which also you need to request manager like you’re taking a leave. Treat employees like servants. No employee benefits. Highly unprofessional work culture where top leadership keeps on shouting on people if they’re disappointed, not even in closed cabins but in front of everybody. Join only if you are okay with unprofessional and toxic work culture and are ready to mess up your work-life balance.
