Unpaid Overtime - Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Agri-Kind Employee Review

The senior managers at Agri-Kind asked its supervisor level employees to stay late nearly every day at the end of months, and as a salaried employee, I wasn’t making overtime pay (which somehow was made to seem like my fault for going salaried rather than hourly). The only reason anyone needed to work late in the first place was to make up for the disorganization of the sales team and their lack of communication with the distribution team and with dispensaries.
