      Pros

      ADRC is an excellent company to work if you have little children because it is very flexible. It has a short week schedule 35 hrs per week. The Executive Director is the best the company has.

      Cons

      If you are looking to grow within the company, do not apply there. Some managers do not appreciate their employees and like to micromanagement. Salary increases are minimum.
