The accounting month-end schedule is a little tight but still manageable.

Respect and care for employees stops after a couple levels. Your immediate manager and their boss might care, but no one else will. They will send surveys with questions that require you to answer in a way they can twist the results to be what they want. Were people saying they don’t understand your “vision” or were they saying you don’t motivate them? They pay the bare minimum even though they’re fully aware competitors pay more. The business is slowly dying. They don’t care to retain anyone.
