Pros
People culture is awesome. After some months I wanted to make a change in my position and many co workers helped me to transition and achieve what I wanted. Salary is great, paid on time. International clients, letting employees contact with people all around the world. Good vacations policy, giving the employee the freedom of taking some time off (almost) anytime, of course, depending on the client you are working with. Talented teammates and founders.
Cons
It grew extremely fast in the 1.5 years i've been there, making it difficult for people partners to find time to have 1 on 1's or keeping track about employees.
