As you get free beverages this seems to be the only positive aspect I can name here.
Cons
I had a terrible experience dealing with AR. The management of this company is clearly lacking and it shows in every aspect of their business. It's not clear what to prioritize and several construction sites aka not finished or poorly managed projects are steadily moving. Development not up to par with industry standards and the velocity of the progress (if you can even name it a progress) is a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, when I tried to address issues, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It's clear that they do not value their employees or their feedback. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a company that values you and strives for excellence.
