I’ve been with Aggregate Intelligence for more than 10 years now, and my journey here has been incredibly rewarding. I started as a Java developer, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into roles like Team Lead, Deputy Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and now Director of Data Services. That kind of growth doesn’t happen everywhere. It really speaks to how much the company values and recognizes hard work. One of the things I appreciate most is the culture. It’s genuinely collaborative, whenever someone is stuck or needs support, people step in! Everyone works together to succeed, and that makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The management team is open-minded and always looking for ways to improve, whether it’s processes, technology, or people development. They actively encourage everyone, regardless of role, to keep learning and upgrading their skills. More importantly, they listen. Ideas and suggestions are taken seriously, and you can see them being implemented. On a personal level, this company has played a big role in shaping both my professional career and personal growth. I feel that my efforts have always been recognized, and that recognition has been a key factor in where I am today. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re looking to grow professionally and financially, while being part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
