Pros

There use to be a lot of "pros" working for this company. Not thinking of any at this time.

Cons

Where does one start. Management is driving the company down the hole. Employee morale is beyond bad, it is septic. Board of directors have no clue and are not willing to listen to the employees and customers. Employee opinions and ideas are disregarded because management from out of the state of Colorado knows better. Once a very proud, successful company is now a laughable, incompetent train wreck.

Pros

These folks have executive leadership that truly cares about the employees. The CEO worked his way to the top. Not brought in or retained he started from the bottom . His entrepreneurial drive has grown this company out of respect and vision.

Cons

Not at this time. They are structured very well and listen to ideas.

Pros

Generous pension plan and time off

Cons

They try to act like a big corporate company, toxic culture and all. The sales team does whatever they want with zero accountability for the extra work and problems they cause in the other departments, all the while being passive agressive. Management acts like they value their employee's feedback and care about their employees, but will fire someone or demote them at the drop of a hat who has a different point of view. There is no actual desire to streamline processes for efficiency and consistent communication is virtually non-existent. Customers are leaving in droves because they are tired of the poor service they regularly receive since this company can't get their poop in a group. Management and board of directors seem to only care about their numbers while taking advantage of their customers and employees. To sum up, they're flip-flopping fish out of water when it comes to their communication, "core values" (if you can call it that) and overall business strategy.
