Management isn’t always that great.
Had a horrible coach during momentum switched to another due to a schedule change and i had to relearn everything because the previous coach failed to do so.
I also dislike like even when you’re doing the right thing and saying the right scripting it’s still an issue with something which reviving criticism and critiques isn’t a bad thing but i feel that it gets to a point where it’s like dang “am i even doing this right?!”. And I’ve never had a bad customer service job wether it was wfh/face to face but this has been the most draining of them all and i really don’t like that.
