Pros

Decent pay at $13.00 an hour with unlimited overtime and great benefits but that’s about it.

Cons

First of all, I was excited to take this job because I thought it would be just an easy dispatching job with a great company who puts their employees first. WRONG. This company has the quickest training environment I have ever seen with little to NO knowledge about the actual job. You are in for three weeks training and that’s really only two weeks of training in a zoom environment, then you are off to the last week of “OJT” where you are watching a coach for an hour take live calls and then you are thrown into live calls with the promise help is there for you! Well yeah that certainly is true in the learning environment. Not so true in the live production when you are done with training and switched to 2 months of “momentum” where you are supposedly able to reach out to supervisors at any time for any questions, not true and it certainly depends on the shift you take as well as the supervisors on that shift. I have had a decent supervisor but as far as anything else in the chats I have seen associates try to reach out for help only to be ignored for almost an hour straight while they are currently on the call with a customer. They expect you to be a lab rat and are supposed to learn all these different “skills” which is mandatory but no extra pay for the extra work load you are assigned. Their system is ALWAYS crashing but they only care about your stats and keeping yourself out of NOC which is (Not On Call). They mandate 4-8 hours overtime because they can never keep associates to keep their promises to their 100’s of clients they service. So they overwork people constantly which messes up the work life balance they promise you. Omg it’s so much I could say about this company they just SUCK. I’ve only been here for about 3 months and literally just put in my two weeks notice which I never got a response back to on June 24th. Only reason I even gave a notice is because I still need to take care of some things financially other than that I would have dropped them cold turkey. They don’t care about you or your family they just want you to keep their company running which in my opinion I don’t know how they have been operating so long. I won’t be surprised when they start losing clients and have to shut down because it’s not like they can keep associates, the mental part of the job is just not worth the little pay I mean you have to deal with angry customers ALL DAY, snarky service providers, and little to no help from supervisors and even they have bad attitudes as well. Not to mention you are literally always having to fix another associates work so you’re getting call backs all day of people screaming at you because they’ve been on the side of the road for hours and coke to find out all their information has been out in wrong so you’re literally having to screamed at even more because of course they don’t know who they are talking to they think YOU are literally the same person who set up their case initiated so now they are having to wait longer to even get the service they already requested hours ago, smh. Please save yourself a headache at the ends of every shift and don’t apply it’s just not worth it you can get paid that little amount with less mental distress. But that’s just my opinion.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
