Pros
Pay is great for this city. It's easy work for the most part.
Cons
Management and HR could communicate more. The lack of flexibility in your schedule. The schedule you pick before you start is the one you're stuck with for months. No matter how your life changes.

Cons
Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
