Pros

Permanent WFH setup - that's it

Cons

Incompetent training, mentors lack of product knowledge, they just got hired or promoted as a mentor because they have backer in the leadership team. They always change their KPIs or Metrics on a weekly basis which it doesn't make any sense. The account is REALLY EASY (it's a piece of cake) but they are making it so DIFFICULT which it doesn't make any sense at all.

Pros

This has been the 1099 contract position I’ve held for the past decade. They are incredibly resourceful and excel at matching you with the most suitable jobs that align with your needs. The pay structure is exceptional; instead of waiting for a paycheck, you can receive your money daily. The management team is highly hands-on, and their tech team is top-notch. I’ve worked on numerous projects with them, and I always get the first pick because of my performance. I’m grateful to be connected with such an amazing company. I look forward to building a long-standing relationship and potentially securing a full-time permanent position.

Cons

Personally, I can’t say anything negative. Everything I needed help with was done promptly. There are a few discrepancies with the overall agents portal, but they’ve implemented an app now where you can use it at your convenience.
