Cons
Mainly, if you come from any larger organization you'll notice that it's quite small, with the usual downsides because of that: you will wear a lot of hats, be spread thin, need to be amazingly well-able to manage your time, you may not have role models for a certain discipline. It also doesn't have many of the advantages that come with scale. All of these have associated plus sides, as well a ton of others.
We have very engaged clients are very much part of our product decision-making process, so if you're not used to that it can be a bumpy ride at first. But you'll come to like it, as opposed to products that are more abstracted from client input.
