It is a good place to start a career, and I would fully recommend it for an internship. However, if you are at a senior level, you will quickly find that processes are outdated and almost everything is managed through spreadsheets. The bigger issues are the CS Head and the Operations Manager, who systematically bully any senior member who arrives with a progressive mindset and a better understanding of the wider industry. The company does not handle international employees well, and the majority left within less than a year. During my time there, I watched the entire CS team leave and yet the organisation still seems to believe nothing is wrong. It is such a shame, because the owners are genuinely caring people who have unfortunately fallen into the trap of poor middle management. Most people who have left did so completely burnt out, and they don’t leave feedback because by that point all their willpower is gone. I hope this helps someone.

Blame culture from senior management that hides behind their own mistakes and lack of knowledge. Archaic processes built on spreadsheets undermine the introduction of new ways of working. If you have an idea or opinion that does not sit well within their 'close circle', then you are blocked. I watched several good people leave for the same reasons, and it looks like it's still happening.
