Great culture, creative freedom, a wide variety of projects, accessible leadership, growth opportunities, good benefits, and so much more! Overall you really feel like you're part of this team and like a pivotal part in the success of the company. I feel like my voice is heard and my opinions matter. Also having such a great culture and getting to work with so many other talented individuals has helped me grow exponentially as a designer. Very happy to work with this company and hope to continue to do so!
Cons
There aren't many cons that come to mind working for Agency Fifty3. It's a fast-paced environment and with a lot of growth comes a lot of changes. You need to be able to think on your feet and be willing to roll with the punches. Definitely an environment for those willing to put in a lot of hard work, but that work is always rewarded and appreciated!
