Agency EA is in its 25th year as an award winning experiential marketing firm with creativity and logistics running through our veins. My experience here has shown me that no two days are the same, no two clients are the same, and as a result, the agency can be prone to shift processes, procedures and structure in a constant game of chase to make us a better, more efficient partner to our clients. The market changes, the economy changes, and the world around us continues to change, and I applaud that the organization is not the same today as it was a decade ago, or even 2 or 3 years ago. Change is good, and we've all learned to embrace it.

Along with the change can often come uncertainty, upsizing our team, and unfortunately at times, downsizing as well to preserve ourselves to do the best work for the best clients. While change is good, change can also be difficult to digest.
