Pros
Occasional celebrations like birthdays, Diwali, Navratri, etc.
Cons
1) This is a family run organisation (typical Lala company). Therefore, your promotion is measured depending on how close you are to the management, not on merit.
2) Speaking of Management, it is run by individuals who are directly related to the Founder (i.e. sons, nephews).
3) The Directors shout at employees and humiliates them who are way much qualified than him.
4) They don't care about your previous experience and achievents. According to them, you are just a slave who works only for money.
5) There is continuous recruitment throughout the year. Which means, they have a hiring and firing culture. No new employee works here for more than 3-4 months. Either they are terminated or they abscond. Thus, no job security.
6) Speaking of HR, there is no formal HR Policy and it changes according to the whims and fancies of the Management. The salary is low as per industry standard, thus no guarantee of variable pay.
7) They might even call you on Saturdays despite being a holiday, again no policy with respect work from home.
8) Very rigid policy. No flexiblity for employees with regards to salary, timings, etc.
9)There is an overall negative culture. People, especially seniors, always belittle juniors. There is no motivation for work and employees are already stressed out. Everybody here is looking for another job.
