      Used to be a great ESOP company with decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      Current HR director and new CEO drove this place into the ground- closed a branch and laid off 1/2 the workers because those 2 have no idea how to run a company

      The people I work with are great. If you want steady work and tons of overtime this is the place to be.

      If you want to advance and do something other then what you were hired on for look somewhere else.
