Pros

Trainers and Managers are friendly, possibly too much. Set your own hours

Cons

Management does not listen to workers concerns. They respond with toxic positivity, and do nothing to help or fix problems and concerns until it is too late. Trainers did not help me set a reasonable work load until I was 3 months behind on my car payment. Training is both tiresomely long, yet woefully inadequate. Bootcamp takes weeks, but doesn't offer adequate knowledge of the audit process. When one starts to bill audit hours, about half of all jobs are returned for corrections. The corrections are often items that were never discussed during training. Between slow turnaround on audit reviews and corrections, an Auditor is only paid for a third of the hours they work in a week. If 12 jobs are submitted, 4 will show up on your paycheck, maybe 6 if your lucky. There are too many cooks in the kitchen. Multiple people are reviewing and monitoring jobs. This leads to conflicting answers when problems arise. Field auditors use their own vehicles, and their is no reimbursement for gas or maintenance. Average pay will barely outpace vehicle maintenance costs.
