I have never felt more at home, appreciated and valued as a clinician than I have here. There is lots of autonomy and no micro management. That also means you are responsible for scheduling your clients and marketing yourself. Leadership is open to talking with clinicians to help them problem solve client retention or scheduling. This is very much a private practice oriented mindset with the benefit of a company backing you up. There are also opportunities for CEUs and it is easy to collaborate with your fellow coworkers due to a smaller office environment.

There have been some challenges with the administration and billing team. However, management has been actively working on this and there are noticeable improvements.
