The most toxic place to work. Favoritism and allegedly waste, fraud and abuse are rampant. HR and Compliance are an absolute joke. In my 3 years there is saw 4 different CEO's and countless executives raid the place and go. I witnessed sexual harassment, sexual encounters in offices and conference rooms, thefts, backstabbing, corruption, favoritism, non stop firing of anyone that pointed out any wrong doing. Their IT, Operations, HR, Training, Compliance, Provider Realtions, Claims and Customer Service management are all in it. In one instance I saw 18 call center people fired unjustly. Those employees sued and won. This place is in constant trouble with the law for illegal marketing practices, improper recruitment and retaliatory firings. Their latest scheme is called the PCP Strategy were they are basically inducing kick backs. Allegations about the excessive use of vendors and consultants to waste money are the talk of middle management. Stay away!
