The management is clearly clueless. One sentence sums up what the company does. Employees will get fired quickly and management as horrible as they are will not. You can have a manager who has numerous HR complaint and clearly violates HR standard both legal and company policies and yet nothing will be done. If HR is not on your side you should not even be there. They never promote from within.
