Pros
The people are hands down the reason I get up every day and enjoy what I do. They are collaborative and operate with a team first mentality - we operate with the assumption of good intent which creates psychological safety within the organization. With this foundation, we enable a culture of innovation, growth mindset, and authenticity. My second favorite thing about Affinity is the lack of "red tape" - if you can dream it and your team has the resource for it, you likely can embark on project to take your function, team, and company to the next level! Given this, I think it's a great place to grow and develop.
Cons
Given the lack of red tape, we can benefit with more documented processes. This is a work in progress and we are making great headway in this area, but a heads up that there's still work to be done to codify our processes. Second, not necessarily a con but a heads up, given the nature of being a Saas based company in an ever evolving space, things can change, and quite quickly. Being able to handle the plot twists will go a long way at Affinity.
Pros
Affinity is one of those rare companies where the culture matches the pitch. From day one, the collaborative environment is evident, teams genuinely work together, share wins, and support each other's growth. There's no cutthroat competition between reps; instead, leadership fosters a team-first mentality where everyone's success is celebrated. Compensation is competitive and structured fairly, with clear OTE targets and realistic quotas that reward strong performance. When the team overachieves -- and this team does -- it's recognized and rewarded. The benefits package is excellent as well, covering health, dental, and vision with strong employer contributions, and there are additional perks that show the company genuinely thinks about employee wellbeing beyond just the paycheck. One of the standout aspects is the career development culture. There are real, defined pathways for growth -- BDRs aren't left wondering if there's a future here. Leadership actively invests in coaching, call reviews, and one-on-ones that are actually meaningful rather than just going through the motions. If you put in the work, the trajectory is there. The product itself also makes selling easier. Affinity solves a real problem for a sophisticated buyer base, and it's easy to believe in what you're selling — which makes a huge difference in motivation and authenticity on calls.
Cons
Like any growing company, there are moments where processes are still being built out, but leadership is extremely transparent about that and actively working to improve.
