Unengaging company, and gatekeeping. - Technician Affiliated Technology Solutions Employee Review

In my experience the organization is disorganized and turnover is a constant issue, Another large issue is gatekeeping only certain people can handle certain tasks or have required access and training to perform them. Which leads to tasks sitting uncompleted until the "gatekeeper" handles it. Management is not proactive about engaging employees, and performance reviews, and feedback.
