Great Work Environment- Pay and Benefits Need Improvement - Network Relations Specialist Aetna Employee Review

You would think you would have great health benefits working for an insurance company- with CVS buying Aetna our benefits took a nose dive. I have also witnessed a lot of folks being held responsible for projects and job assignments that are above their pay grade with no additional compensation. For my position I get paid $5-$8,000 (yearly) below the national average- I don't do my job- the work I am assigned is for a position that is $10-$15,000 more than my current compensation.
