      A great place if you find the hiring/ firing cycle to be thrilling. They are constantly "attracting the best talent" and then firing the best talent.

      Cons

      The CEO insists on interviewing everyone personally, but don't expect to see him on the day that he fires you and your team.

      Very bright and enthusiastic cross-functional team with a lot of experience in advanced tech. Good work-life balance, with allowance for hybrid roles. Complex and engaging work on an advanced application of robotics tech.

      Cons

      Some sudden changes in direction, but this is normal for a younger company.
