Cons
very much a culture where if you dont drink the coolaid you don't fit in. I experienced so much bullying by my own managers and team members even though I was hitting my metrics and filling roles. You'll work 12 hour days every day and still be told you aren't doing enough. Even when I got promoted and was out performing my own leadership team I was picked apart for the most minor things (including my appearance) - was once literally told I was too heavy to wear the outfit I was wearing (i was in no way breaking dress code) - as if this had anything to do with my ability to do my job (ands also- totally illegal and inappropriate to say to that to me)
