      Pros

      It is a privately owned family business who treats the employees as well as customers as if they were part of the family! It is a stable company with continuous growth year after year. Aerospace Fasteners has proven it can compete in the industry with superior parts and services.

      Cons

      Growing within the company can be quite difficult because of its size and the fact that it is family ran and operated. The company is growing exponentially within the next couple of years, so i'm sure that all will change.
