      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth. Upper level management is always open to bold new ideas and encourages employees to take ownership of their work. Aeroflow sets ambitious goals and always seems to exceed them. Great place to work and certainly among the best employers in the Asheville area.

      Cons

      Self-directed and motivated types will thrive here. Pace of work is very fast, and projects and goals can evolve or pivot quickly. That seems to keep some people engaged, but could be stressful or challenging for others.

      Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

      Cons

      They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
