Cons

The managers can't even figure out where to have people sit, so how can you expect them to manage career growth? They are unapproachable and refuse to assist with training and direction. Most people on the team are left guessing about what they're supposed to do. The turnover rate is insane, the benefits suck. Don't get pulled into the Aeroflow trap. This is a soul-sucking, depressing environment.

Thank you for this very important feedback. We have shifted the physical location of departments several times over the last few years due to growth and change but only due to renovations and improvements or simply because teams outgrew the space they were in and we felt it was more important to keep a team together. We apologize if that could have been communicated or orchestrated better. Our turnover and benefits are far better than all industry benchmarks and our workforce is very engaged which has led us to win several very competitive employee based awards the last few years, including our Great Place to Work certification for the last 4 years running. We certainly recognize that not everyone experiences Aeroflow in that way and we regret that we weren't given more of an opportunity to address your concerns while you were here. Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

Cons

They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
