Pros
The people that are not in managerial positions are wonderful. There are some occasional small gestures from HR to try and keep the everyone happy - Things like ice cream, lunch, etc.
Cons
No one cares about the employees, especially the higher you get in management. The entire focus is the stock price. Employees are overworked, over-stressed with 0 respect for their personal time or life. You would think that pay would have to be great, it's not. The biggest issues are around the business practices of the owning company, TransDigm. They price gouge and mislead customers (including the DOD). They pretend outdated IP is current and actually rarely seek to improve anything. They purchase competitors just for their contracts and IP (then close the companies). Simply search TransDigm and Investigation - That should say enough. TransDigm has intentionally muddied the financial waters in their company. Due to this, their practices haven't been shown to be illegal. It is very clear, they are immoral. AeroControlex is considered TransDigm's crown jewel, so there's plenty of these issues going on there.
